About the Artist
Faith Marie Manuel is a mixed media artist, digital painter, and photographer whose work is deeply rooted in music and emotion. She often sees patterns and images when she hears music—sound translates directly into visual language for her. Whether it’s a bold rhythm or a delicate lyric, the emotions music evokes guide her creative process.
Her style shifts fluidly between clean, geometric black-and-white compositions and loose, sketchy illustrations filled with flowing lines and imaginative characters. Each piece reflects the feeling that sparked its creation—sometimes playful, sometimes raw, but always honest.
Faith has always enjoyed all forms of art. Ever since she was young, she found ways to express herself through sketching, music, or any medium she could get her hands on. Her journey to pursue fine arts as a career began in high school, where she was inspired by her art teacher. She then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2D: Visual Arts at Georgia Southern University: Armstrong Campus.
Encouraged from a young age to explore, dream, and live a life that brings her joy, Faith now creates primarily through digital painting in Procreate and photography. She blends these mediums into bold yet intimate works of self-expression, weaving her personal experiences with her love of sound and story.
She sees her work as both a mirror and an invitation: a space where she can be fully herself while encouraging others to connect with their own emotions, memories, and transformations. Through color, line, and story, her art becomes a visual diary—one that honors vulnerability, celebrates resilience, and captures the beauty of reflection.
